We will learn daily practices that you can implement immediately to help restore your health. We will spend time diving deep into the practice of yoga with almost 4 hours daily dedicated to mediation, breath work and Asana. To ensure that there is space for you to do this work, you will not have to lift a finger whilst on your stay with us. All daily chores will be taken care of by us and you can spend all your energy, time and focus on you.
