How do I use the gym?
Our gym is membership only, with just fifteen exclusive memberships available at any time. Members can book in via our website below, or via the Mindbody app.
Do I have to share the gym with others?
No. Just like the rest of the studio, we offer a boutique experience, where the gym is yours and yours alone. This means no shared equipment, no waiting for your turn, and the freedom to move in a safe environment in a way that feels right for you. If you’d like to bring a friend, you can do so for an extra cost.
What equipment do you have?
We have a wide range of equipment including dumbbells, kettle bells, squat rack, cable machine, assault bike, treadmill, and rowing machine.
What do I get?
As a Gym Member, you receive three 55-minute gym spots per week:
one guaranteed peak time spot (before and after work)
one guaranteed off-peak time spot (during work hours, on weekends)
one free time spot
You also receive a free 6-week program tailored to meet your fitness goals. Subsequent 6-week programs can be purchased for $49 each.
What does it cost?
Our Gym Membership is $49 per week, making it just over $16.00 per private gym session. If you’re an Unlimited Member, it’s only $40 per week. Sign up now, and get the first four weeks at 50% off.
