The Practice Project
Friday January 16th - Saturday February 14th
This isn’t your regular yoga challenge. It’s not about pushing yourself past your limits, or yoga becoming just another stress to add to your plate. This is about what happens when you show up consciously and consistently. When your yoga practice becomes part of who you are, rather than something you do every once in a while.
Includes:
30 days of unlimited yoga: Time to explore, move, and feel amazing.
Goals workshop: Learn practical tools to create lasting change.
Sound bath: A deeply relaxing experience to reset and restore.
Practice Project party: An afternoon of sips, snacks + sharing your journey with your community.
Your goal:
Attend 15 classes in 30 days
Move from occasional practice to embodied rhythm
Stay motivated with community check-ins and a party upon completion
Integrate yoga into your life
Better Together: Recovery Valentines
Friday 13th February, 3:45pm onwards
This Valentine’s Day Eve, we’re inviting you to slow down, warm up, and share an experience that feels good in the body and calming in the mind.
For one evening only, when you book a sauna or sauna + ice bath session at Equilibrium, you’re invited to bring a date or a mate along for free for a session of wellness and connection.
Our Clearlight infrared saunas are designed to support deep relaxation, detoxification, circulation, and nervous system regulation. If you choose to add contrast therapy, the ice bath offers a powerful reset; so you can share a moment of invigorating connection!
This is an evening for couples who want something different, friends who train or recover together, or anyone who simply enjoys doing life and wellness side by side.
Book in a single sauna or single sauna + ice bath from 3:45pm onwards, and turn up with your date or your mate.
Whether you come for the heat, the cold, or the connection - consider this your invitation to pause, reset, and enjoy Equilibrium together.

Yin + Pin: Summer to Autumn
Saturday February 28, 2:00-4:15pm
As the seasons shift from the heat of summer into the cooler months of Autumn, we move from the fullest expression of Yang into the first rising of Yin. Join us for Yin & Pin, a deeply nourishing experience combining the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with the energetic refinement of Acupuncture.
Acupuncture works on a subtle level, stimulating points along the body’s meridian system to clear blockages, restore balance, and encourage the free movement of qi, or life force. These tiny needles are placed with care and intention, helping you settle even more deeply into your body’s natural healing state.
This time of year is the crossing over of Summer into Autumn, which in Traditional Chinese Medicine signifies a movement from the element of Earth into Metal. At this time, yang energy begins to decrease, and yin energy begins to rise. We can support ourselves during this time by letting go of old habits and patterns, practicing deep breathing and other lung exercises, and receiving specific acupuncture techniques.
Guided by Yoga Teacher Ellie Johns and Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner Kate O’Leary, this immersive 2 hour and 15 minute practice weaves together the stillness of Yin yoga, meditative sound, and acupuncture to support your seasonal transition.
Kate will move through the space offering acupuncture during practice and throughout an extended savasana, while Ellie will hold a calming space with her grounding presence and soothing voice.
Reserve your place early for Saturday, February 28th, 2:00-4:15pm - with just 12 spots available, we expect this intimate event to fill quickly.
