Our Classes
Equanimity Flow
A flowing Vinyasa sequence focusing on movements, breath and mindfulness. Here we will move through a series of postures to generate warmth within the body. You can expect to create space within the body and mind, while building muscle strength and increasing joint mobility.
Our open flow classes will increase physical and mental discipline whilst leaving you feeling energised and nourished.
Suitable for those with a little yoga experience.
Balance Flow
Enjoy a slower paced flow, where the posture are held a little longer and the transition are a little slower. These classes offer more modification and detailed instructions on fundamental postures. During a slow flow class you can expect to feel comfortably challenged.
Suitable for all students.
Yin
The term “yin yoga” comes from the Taoist tradition. Yin is about finding stillness and cooling the body. Take some time out to balance modern-day living and allow this subtle practice to work its magic. We aim to still both the mind and body by focusing on softening and surrendering to gravity.
We take our time in a series of long-held postures, typical seated or lying down, that stretch the connective tissue of the body during a meditative experience.
Suitable for all students.
Evolve Flow
Our Evolve classes are for those comfortable in our Equanimity classes and want to practice arm-balances, deep backbends, and more. We aim to further explore our asana practice and to challenge the physical body.
Each month there will be a different physical theme to work with, as we practice our way into and out of peak poses in a safe and intelligent way.
Suitable for those who are comfortable in an Equanimity class.
Living Movement
Fuse strength, conditioning, and mindful movement to elevate both your yoga practice and everyday life. Through a dynamic blend of movement inspired by yoga, Pilates, dance, Fighting Monkey, and personal training, you'll build functional strength and endurance while refining your mobility.
This class will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and confident in the way you move.
