Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative and transformative practice of guided relaxation. During the session, practitioners are guided through a systematic journey of deep awareness, moving through different stages of consciousness. This meditative state allows the body and mind to relax profoundly, facilitating healing and rejuvenation on physical, mental, and emotional levels. Yoga Nidra creates reduced stress, improved sleep, enhanced focus, and a greater sense of inner peace and balance.
Indulge in this 2 Hour 15 Minute Yin and and Yoga Nidra class where you will be guided by the relaxing sounds of Alicia's soothing voice, with long-held yin poses. These Yin and Yoga Nidra experiences will be based on the yogic philosophical system of the chakras, and our third session is based around Manipura Chakra, also known as the Solar Plexus Chakra.
