  • GEN BRAUND

Yoga therapist, yoga teacher, assistant manager.

Gen has been practicing yoga since the age of 18, and teaching yoga and meditation in Adelaide, Melbourne and online since 2015.

She has studied Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga under teachers such as Sudhir Rishi (Sthira Yoga School), Sian Pascale (The Light Collective), and Duncan Peak and Truth Robinson (Power Living Australia).

Her style is steady and focused on alignment of the physical and energetic bodies, allowing you to move in new and deeper ways. Pranayama and meditation are always a part of the practice, and a long savasana to top it off. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to all, and teaching beyond just the physical postures.

  • PIPPA RAMBAUT-TURNER

    Yoga teacher, movement teacher.

Pippa’s movement career began in dance. She trained in ballet and contemporary dance for 15 years and performed professionally for 3. After experiencing various mental health issues tied to body image and perfectionism, she made the difficult decision to step away from the dance industry. It wasn’t until a close friend introduced her to yoga that she was able to rediscover her passion for movement. Yoga offered her a safe space to tap into expression and spirituality.

Feeling drawn to the practice, she left her 9-to-5 retail job and enrolled in her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Human-Kind studios where her connection to yoga and its philosophical roots deepened. She has been inspired and guided by her teachers Tessa Leon, Triton Tunis-Mitchell and Adam Whiting who she continues to train with.

Pippa’s yoga classes incorporate creative sequencing and offer a strong sense of flow and embodiment, while her living movement classes encourage you to explore different ways of moving, gain a greater sense of neuro-muscular awareness and connection, and tap into creative expression.

Her goal is to guide you through practices that will help you to feel strong, safe, spacious and more connected to your body, breath and creativity.

  • TEMEKA LAWLOR

    Yoga teacher.

It was whilst studying to be a professional actor when Temeka first discovered her passion for yoga. Amongst the rehearsals and busy tour schedules her dedication to practice not only grounded but empowered her as well. Thanks to yoga she has found the strength, calm and focus needed to perform with the country’s leading children’s theatre companies whilst also imparting her love for yoga to others.

In 2018 she completed her teacher training with Power Living and has since worked with various organisations, introducing people of all walks of life and experiences to the power and gift of yoga.

Temeka’s teaching style is focused on creating space for her students to explore their depths physically and mentally through grounding, spacious sequences with vibrant, joyous flows. She is passionate about guiding her students to achieve a sense of calm and clarity that they can carry with them into their day to day life.

Temeka believes that we serve ourselves through the practice of yoga so we can then be of better services to others who aren’t so fortunate to have this practice.

  • MADDISON WATSON

    Yoga teacher, meditation teacher.

Maddison began her wellness journey in 2018 in Ubud, Bali, where she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Greg Kaps. This experience sparked a deep curiosity for ancient practices and holistic healing, leading her to explore modalities such as meditation, yoga nidra, and reiki (Levels 1 & 2).

While Maddison has immersed herself in a variety of practices, it is Yin Yoga that holds a special place in her heart. She has undergone extensive Yin Yoga training with Mel McLaughlin, a teacher who embodies the essence of the practice. Maddison deeply values the teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its integration into yin yoga, which supports healing on multiple layers—beyond the physical.

In her classes, Maddison creates a safe and nurturing space for students to slow down, reconnect, and find balance. Her restorative and rejuvenating approach offers students the opportunity to explore the profound stillness and transformative potential of yin yoga.

Currently, Maddison is also passionate about cyclical living and empowering women to honour their menstrual cycles. By teaching women to live in alignment with their natural rhythms, she helps them rediscover a deeper connection to themselves.
