Ellie Johns is the owner and founder of Equilibrium The Holistic Living Project. She is an Adelaide based health professional who has worked in the industry for the past 14 years. Ellie is a certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Yoga Instructor.
Gen Braund is a yoga therapist and founder of Green Door Yoga, offering yoga therapy for those in eating disorder recovery. She has over 10 years of experience, and teaches classes at Equilibrium The Holistic Living Project.
