Are you or someone you know completely new to yoga? Or maybe you'd just like to get the basics mastered? We all have to start somewhere.
In our eight-week Beginners' Yoga Course, we take our time to learn the basic poses and concepts of a yoga practice. We cover physical shapes (asana), breath (pranayama), and meditation techniques commonly found in our Equanimity and Balanced flow classes. The course has a special extended class time of 75 minutes, so that we can workshop shapes and answer any questions, and is capped at 12 people so that individual attention can be given.
Gen loves teaching beginners. She's been teaching specialised courses and classes for beginners since 2019, and has designed this course so that your practice can be safe, deep, and comfortable.
